Today my sweet middle child Allyah is turning 4. I am writing this blog as she is taking a nap on the couch because she told me that "I am big now, I don't need naps mom" so I told her to just take a rest on the couch... so much for not "needing" a nap, she has been asleep for a little over an hour and doesn't look like she is going to wake up anytime soon.
We have had so much fun today. We woke up to about 3 inches of snow on the ground and dad decided to stay home too. Dad made a yummy breakfast for all of us and then we went out and played in the snow. It was so much fun and Ally was in heaven. She loves it when we all play together.
Allyah is one of the funniest kids I have ever met. She has such a sweet, helpful personality with the best sense of humor. I have really enjoyed the last three months the most as she has learned to be "brave" when she is scared. She has come such a long way and is really growing up. She is making the transition from toddler to little girl. It makes me sad, but at the same time excited for all of the things she will learn and who she is becoming.
I pray that I will be the best mother that I can be for her in the coming year and that she embraces life and learns to love Jesus more and more. I love you miss Ally Cat and hope you have a very wonderful and blessed day today... love mom
